How this model works
OAS provides the environment in which the capability runs and operates it on behalf of your organisation. Your teams still use the service and receive the outputs within the process it supports; OAS simply takes responsibility for where the capability runs and how it is operated.
This means your organisation does not need to provide the underlying hosting environment or take on the day-to-day operation of the capability. AI and automation are applied according to the requirement, with Agentic AI used where appropriate.
Key Benefits
No hosting environment to provide
OAS provides the environment needed to run the capability, so your organisation does not need to provision or operate that environment itself.
Managed operation without handing over hosting
OAS takes responsibility for operating the capability while your organisation retains the hosted environment.
Use the capability without running the platform
Your teams can use the capability and its outputs without needing to manage the underlying deployment themselves.
Technology matched to the requirement
AI and automation capabilities can be included, with Agentic AI applied where appropriate to the individual use case.
Important Considerations
This model places hosting and operational management with OAS rather than within your organisation's own environment and teams. Exact commercial, licensing and commitment arrangements are agreed separately and are not defined by the deployment model itself.
